I got a honest question ,is the Professional Players are true Professional?

I start playing league of league last year around April of 2017, and till the end of the season i was pretty noobie and ended up in silver i didn't care much about champions balance or anything of that stuff.

Since the preseason i gained alot experience with the game and start to take note on balance change and stuff.

But lately i start to get all confused with that world stupid changes that riot forced into game and searching arund it appear from many posts around the forum that Riot keep doing the same thing every year where they just make a whole patch balance just around pro plays in world , special after that time where they ruined the balance in game badly with juggernauts update from few years before worlds.

And here come my questions, Why they keep doing that upside down balance that ruin the game experience for most of community just for the love of the world plays ?

Is it because they want to force meta in world ? Or is it because they want to force few flashy champions to appear in the scene ? Or because the Professional Players need a hardcore balance around them only cause they can't do well with "normal meta"?

Like i remember i saw that clip of Faker making that amazing play back then on and by my knowledge there was no special balance around pro plays back then, so what happen since then ?

Why they forcing such change just for the love of pro players ? Like a Good or Professional player would be able to make amazing plays with any champion with any type of team just like Faker back then on Unless they isn't that good and need special change for them.

Like look i don't watch worlds but honestly in my heart if i going to watch something , i would rather watch it in normal meta where pros make amazing plays around champions they love and know.

Matter of fact i would rather see they make amazing plays on binary champions over flashy one, cause making amazing plays with binary champions is much much harder than doing it on flashy champion that why i will never watch world in my life cause i don't see the pro player playing what he like and the way he like but playing something forced.
