Viktor is a worst iteration than pre-rework Ezreal.

You can't do "/muteall" while chat restricted btw.

Everytime someone picks Ezreal ADC on my team, they lose lane and auto lose the game for me.

Toxicity/flame/negative attitude shouldn't result in a permaban. Change my mind.
