Please stop discouraging people in champ select

I really get tired of almost every game someone doesnt get there role, doesnt like the champ someone plays etc, so they discourage them and talk down to them saying "i bet you suck and your gonna feed we will lose cause of you" well if you really believe that then dodge. Discourage your team and they are more likely to do bad in which case youll lose more. Encourage them and they are more likely to do good in which case youll win more. Stop bashing people if they mess up and die cause when that happens 1 of 2 things(or both)will happen. A. they will mess up again. B. they wll now be more focused on raging back at you to defend themself and now 2 people on the team hate each other...that always works so well to win games. Heres another option "its ok shen(example)youll get them next time :)" but no people wanna rage and hate there own team as if that has ever helped to win a game and not actually help to LOSE a game. And people wonder why theres so many afks. You rage at your teammate and make them feel worst do you really think there gonna want to play with you? Yes maybe afking is bad however if your raging at them why the hell would they want to stay and play with you?
