If we know a player is going to troll we should have the ability to dodge for free in promos. Can this be something that is put in? Itd make promos a ton less stressful if the person in promos doesnt have to worry about getting a troll in it.

If you are in your promos, most likely you want to actually play the games so you can advance... I cant see people dodging every single game. It would waste their time, and everyone elses.

You got to decide what team you wanted, if a team was too troll or a god awful comp you could find another team with no consequences...and that was in norms that didnt even matter. We should be able to have something like that for rank.

that was team builder and it wasn't drafted. this is draft were champion select IS part of the strategy to winning the ranked game (even though it usually doesn't seem that way) But yes you should be able to dodge ONE GAME without it counting as a lsoe but simply subtracting the 3lp(whatever lp your dodge numbers on) respectively. (you do lose LP after losing games in promos even while in promos and also gain for winning)

The abuse cases would far outweigh the use cases.
AwesomeChad1 votesthe problem i see with this is how frequent dodging will occur. This might not occur that often at elo like diamond and above due to the smaller population but imagine what happens at bronze/silver where majority of the players are. I don't think its a good change because you're assuming the result of the game to be a loss just because you've seen negativity in chat during champion select. Riot already has a system that helps bronze/silver/gold players which is giving you a free win if you re-enter your series. Also, that player needs to be reported or he'll keep committing the same offense.
