A trick to improve jungling for Tanks: get a Support Item.

That's right folks, in S5 the jungle items and the support items have a different gold generation mechanism so can be used together.

The best choice here seems targons brace, because it has the longest recharge, but the others may work due to passive gold genearation.

If you use that, every 1m30 you can gank and get get an additional 2x150 heal and 60-80 gold. Thats the old Spirit Stone items from S4 in reverse.

This seems resonable enough to spend the gold on as your second item after smite.

Face of the Mountain also synergizes quite well with Juggernaut.
