Is titanic hydra good for nocturne?
I generally go skirmishers warrior, botrk then tank. Could titanic hydra be a viable item for my tank items?

He needs the life steal anyways, and titanic doesn't do as much damage as hydra

If you are going warrior, then Go Ravenous for the better lifesteal and DPS. Titanic Hydra's main damage is the on-hit effect, so if you intend to use it, go for Devourer instead.
Titanic offers higher DPS and burst and scales better into late game, but is bad with a low AS build like you are using and has poor sustain compared to Ravenous.
auto attack resets are not very good for nocturne.
depending on which nocturne build you are chosing, i would recommend going either one of these three: warriors youmus IE devourer botrk bc cinderhulk sightstone randuins/deadmans
later on as like a fourth or fifth item, you can probably build titanic on any of these builds but its not priority
