You probably don't have to type anything into the boxes, but if you send it, and it matches with another error report, it'll give you the solution. I kept repeatedly crashing so I tried sending it and it opened my browser to a blank page saying that my League of Legends failed to start because it was out of memory. So I closed a few programs and League worked fine.
