So just calculate his attacks DPS with AD, Crit, and attack speed then apply all that to cigar size. At max possible DPS it should fill his whole mouth and be longer than his gun. Without it he can't carry.

I noticed that without cigar he cant use Smoke Screen anymore... what a sucker!
