Only gold 3, but I feel I have a strong grasp on my main. Willing to give Tips on him if you guys have anything specific you want to know :D.

Land your Q during teamfight, if you do proceed to fire everything away.

What is your skill order?
Few times I played Vel'Koz I defaulted with Q first, seemed the efficient spell. Then I played against one which started W level 1 and dumped both charges on me and my minions to push his lane and damage me while proc'ing his passive. That's annoying.
- How is your power level compared to other poke supports?
- What is your approach to tank supports? Utility supports?
- Do you have power spikes in game? Do you ever fall off?
- How fucked are you if you fall behind? Or are you similar to Morg/Zyra in the sense that they still have teamfight value despite being behind?
- As a Vel-Koz main, what are your major pet peeves or personal cancer matchups?
i usually play vel'koz as support. i would like to play him mid more but the few times i have tried i have had the same problems. vel'koz's moves feel really slow to me, which leads to my problem. how do i land his abilities more?
