Need tips as adc in general
I can't play adc without going negative anymore. I feel like a hindrance every time i'm forced into it. Like how am i supposed to play a role that tells the enemy team to just jump on me?

100% of playing ADC is positioning. Always stay behind your teammates and never allow yourself to get picked off by the other team. If you don't have clear vision of an area of the map then don't go there because you run the risk of the other team running out and murdering you. If your team goes for a bad engage and are immediately steamrolled just run away; always stay alive remember your dps is 0 if your dead and your team is relying on you to pump out massive damage. And finally always have the most cs.
If you really want initiation as an ADC, take Ashe and use her arrow at the right time. BAM ! Your team do the rest. XD But never initiate as an adc. It's murder.
I tend, yes as SoeBomb says, to stay with the tank or my support. So, I always have cc and peeling.
