Fizz/LeBlanc counterplay?
Notice i put counterplay and not counterpick. These champs can literally get in and get out untouched. theres also kat who "just needs to get cc landed on before she kills you in 1 second".

Vs Leblanc, you can farm early game and harass her depending on the champion you are. She now has no silence so its much easier counter playing her as well as outplaying as a mage.
As far as fizz, you need to play very safe like leblanc, but be able to deny him before he can hit a power spike. Regardless if he gets it and you are set behind, you can not start to feed him as he is a mid to late game hyper carry.
Kat is easily countered with smart play, smart harass, and team communication. This means you should personalize someone in order to stop kat if you can not. For example, tell thresh to save his flay until kat ults. Other things you can do to lesson kats advantage is not let her get resets. Make people on your team super tanky, and get GAs. She will not be able to get a reset with a ga proc, therefor you only have to "protect" the adc who can also get a ga.
Most of these champions are countered by smart play, good mechanics, and team play. Warding helps as well.
Wait till fizz uses his playful trickster to farm and all in him
Both of them can be harassed early. You can try to take exhaust for their all-in and teamfights later. Banshee's Veil breaks up LeBlanc's combo because she has to pop it first. Fizz needs more cooperation, or build QSS/Zhonya's.
Katarina is countered by autoattacking her out of lane.
Leblanc has no silence so you hit her with whatever you want if she Ws in.
