Obviously you want to buff the Siege when its available, but when its not available which do you buff? Is there just a best one or is one better than the other in certain situations (active push vs press-it-and-let-it)

EDIT: also why do you have to vote on your own poll, kinda beats the purpose -.-

No question. Wait the few seconds for a siege. However, if you cannot wait, put it on a caster. They do the most damage anyway and won't die to enemy minions.
