Should i buy reksai or save up for kindred?

I really suggest to first try out the champ when they're free week. If you haven't already tested Rek'Sai, you should do it first. I thought I'd love this champ as she's a bit similar to Vi (my favourite jungler) but it turns out that I really dislike her way of sonic vision. It's really useful if you pay attention to it but it requires a lot of effort/concentration to benefit from it as the enemies don't show on the minimap and your vision is larger than your screen.
About Kindred, I would wait till they're free week, which is usually the week after their release. During the first week they'll cost 7800 IP so I think it's better to wait for 6300 anyways.
Kindred will probably be released in about 2 weeks, maybe 3.
I am planning on getting Rek'SaI now and waiting for Kindred to be out for a while before I get them. New champs are awesome, new, and shiny but they tend to lose their sparkle after a few weeks.
So I would say, go with Rek'Sai and wait to see if you like Kindred when you play against them.
I guess it depends on what you want more. Do you want a tunnel making terror, or the dual nature of death? I love Rek'Sai and how you can go damage to blow up the enemy squishies, or go tank to peel and survive the longer fights. Kindred on the other hand has the unique element of marking targets to increase your ad via killing or assisting in killing them. They both can make a big impact in fights, so it is up to you.

Regarding ANY purchase, always test out the product before you buy it. I recommend getting on PBE to try both champions to see whether you'll like them. Its better than buying these champions prematurely and finding out you don't like either of them.
Kindred will be free a few weeks after her release so I'd test her out then see which one to buy
