Magic Pen Marks - 2460 AD Marks - 1230 Armor Seals - 1230 MR flat/per lvl Glyphs - 1230 AP Quintessences - 2050 AS/AD Quintessences - 2050

If you: Change Mpen marks to Hybrid pen: add 2460 Change AD marks to AS: add 1230 Change AS/AD Quints to Life steal: add 2050 Change Armor Seals to Flat health: add 3690 Change Armor Seals to Scaling health: add 1230 Change one Mark to Critical Chance: subtract 205

Just buy all the teir 3 runs skip teir's 1&2 once you have all of them you have them. Personally i don't understand how runes can cost more that champs and how a rune page to be filled can cost more than 20 champs
