I recently picked up 
(My Season 4 Main) and I just don't seem to have the same damage. I thought that my damage would be higher in the current tank meta, but it seems to have fallen off. I HAD TROUBLE 1v1ING A NAUTILUS!?

And I max W, so, why don't I seem to be doing a lot of damage?
(I rush BORK, pick up level 2 shoes, buy PD, but BF Sword, get Furor, then finish the build.)
well, tanks will always 1v1 adcs, at least decent ones will, the point of tankbusting isn't 1v1 them, its help your tank kill their tank to crash the frontline and crush,kill,destroy.
also maybe LW instead of scim if theyre stacking armor.
I like the double lifesteal build. When I Vayne I rush BT first, it is just my playstyle. I am better with adcs that hit hard like Draven. I feel so weak when I rush Blade and PD on Vayne. Don't worry about the build as much though because anything with damage Vayne destroys with. I love getting Tri Force when I'm fed. In team fights just think; try to hit anyone who you can hit for free without taking damage from. If that means you have to focus Leona first, go ahead. Your goal is to more stay alive. Even try baiting your team going in after the team fight is half over. Everyone blew their cooldowns and you can stealth in and clean up. I never buy GA for some reason unless I'm ending the game and insanely fed at 25 min. QSS is almost necesary, but you gotta practice with it for it to be good.
Last Whisper should be in there. My Vayne play isn't stellar, but this is my build.
Start Doran's blade + pot + warding trinket Rush BORK Shoes (Berserker's or Ninja Tabs if I'm getting harassed hard) Phantom Dancer Bloodthirster Infinity Edge/Last Whisper (Prioritize LW if against a lot of armor stacking, IE if against squishies or health stacking) The other one from above Sell shoes for Zephyr
This works pretty well for me, although I rarely play Vayne in a non-premade.
You didn't build a Last Whisper, that's why you couldn't 1v1 Nautilus
Build items in that order, for the most part. Boots should be built after bilgewater cutlass at the earliest. Quicksilver Sash can (and often should) be built before Infinity Edge. Infinity Edge can be substituted for Bloodthirster if you need the extra survivability. Just keep in mind that a Morellonomicon building mage will void a huge chunk of that investment if they target you.
