Urgot Rework

Urgot- The Headsman’s Pride What an ugly champion he is, but that’s not what he’s meant to be. As MM said in his post, Urgot is the amalgamation of fear. He is a “frankenstein’s monster,” claimed MM, and this is true to such an extent that I cannot even begin to process it. Urgot is a stitched together soldier of Noxus, made to strike fear into the hearts of his enemies. He is also far too gruesome for anyone to wish to support him, therefore he is to be a solo fighter. He is meant to be the tanky, short ranged monster who can become an artillery monster when the conditions are met, and that is when he is at his most powerful

Stats: Health: 573-2086 from Level 1-18 HP Regen: 6.23-16.43 from Level 1-18 Attack Damage: 58-119.3 from Level 1-18 Armor: 26.2-87.4 from Level 1-18 Attack Speed: .61-1.10 from Level 1-18 Magic Resist: 30-30 from Level 1-18 Movement Speed: 300 Attack Range: 400 Explanation: These stats really compliment what I expect from Urgot. He is a beefy champion (may add MR scaling based on reception and stat checks) that will deal consistently high damage (if you go something along the lines of Black Cleaver and Frozen Mallet, the 119.3 AD goes up to 199.3 AD at level 18, a formidable amount), while moving slowly, and attacking slowly. 300 movespeed is less than any champion in the game (minus unmounted Kled).

Abilities: Passive: (Current) Zaun-Touched Bolt Augmenter: Urgot’s basic attacks and Acid Hunters reduce his target’s damage by 15% for 2.5 seconds. (Change)Filler name: Urgot’s auto attacks reduce the target’s AD and AP by 10% of his bonus armor and MR (respectively) Reasoning: This passive adds to the whole fear thing, in that Urgot chooses his target(through item building), and makes them weaker, making them an easier prey. This change makes Urgot less of an early game bully through his early trading power, in exchange for more trading power mid-late game

Q: (Current) Acid Hunter- Cost: 40 mana; Range: 1000 -Urgot fires a missile toward the cursor that deals 10/40/70/100/130 ((+85% Attack Damage)) physical damage. If Acid Hunter kills a unit half its mana cost is refunded.Missile-lock can be achieved by holding the cursor over a target afflicted by Noxian Corrosive Charge.

(Change) Cannon Form- Cost: 70/70/70/70/70; Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12; .75 second channel time -Urgot drops to one knee, lowering his movement speed to 150, and using the cannon on his arm to attack. While in Cannon Form, Urgot gains double range(800), Urgot’s max attack speed is capped at .5/.55/.6/.65/.7 aps, does 1.5/1.75/2.0/2.25/2.5x damage, and his armor and mr are increased by 20/25/30/35/40. Activating this ability again takes urgot out of Cannon Form Reasoning: This really adds to the idea that Urgot is an artillery style champion. His whole goal is to get into a good position and just start firing, chipping away at your team with high damage nukes that ravage your team. Adding a scaling to the damage limits Urgot from being an extreme early game bully, and adding a scaling to the attack speed means that Urgot will not be limited to only 2 or 3 shots per teamfight come late game. The armor and mr also enable Urgot to be slightly riskier with his setting up, as he will be harder to blow up

W: (Current) Terror Capacitor- Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 mana -Urgot charges up his capacitor to gain a shield. While the shield is active, Urgot gains slowing attacks. -Urgot charges up his terror capacitor to gain a shield that absorbs 60/100/140/180/220 (+80% Ability Power) plus 8% of his maximum mana (+0) damage for 5 seconds. While the shield is active, Urgot's attacks and missiles slow targets by 20/25/30/35/40%. (Change) Zaunian Fear Bolts (Name TBD)- Cost: 55/65/75/85/95; Cooldown: 10/10/10/10/10 -Passive: While this ability is off of cooldown, Urgot’s auto attacks apply Fear Stacks for 5/5/5/5/5 seconds -Active: (Only usable in Cannon Form) When activated, this spell causes all enemies with Fear Stacks on them to be feared for 1 second. This ability cannot be used on the same target within a 30 second time frame. Reasoning: Fear, fear, fear. It fits, and it fits. It adds power to his autos, it enables his Cannon Form even more so than it already is. This gives Urgot more safety in Cannon Form than he already had, and also adds to the overall theme of his kit.

E: (Current) Noxian Corrosive Charge-Cost: 50/55/60/65/70; Range: 900 Urgot launches a Corrosive Charge at a target location. Enemies afflicted by the charge have their Armor reduced by 12/14/16/18/20% and take 75/130/185/240/295 (+60% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage over 5 seconds.Acid Hunter is able to missile-lock onto targets affected by Noxian Corrosive Charge. (Change) Noxian Corrosive Charge-Cost: 50/55/60/65/70; Range: 900 Urgot launches a Corrosive Charge at a target location. Enemies afflicted take 80/120/160/200/240 (+35% bonus AD) physical damage over 5 seconds. Targets taking damage take 20% reduced damage from Cannon Form, but are slowed by 40% for 1.25 seconds by shots in Cannon Form. Reasoning: Urgot’s E always had a special place in my heart, so I thought I’d keep it relatively the same. However, since Acid Hunter is now gone, I thought I’d give it it’s own special interaction with the Cannon Form rather than just completely scrapping the ability.

R:

(Current) Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser- Cost: 100 Mana; Range: 550/700/850 Urgot targets an enemy champion and channels his Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser for 1 second, swapping locations with his target afterward and terrifying nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds. His target is suppressed for the duration of the channel.Urgot takes 30/40/50% reduced damage for 5 seconds beginning at the start of the channel, and his target is slowed by 40% for 3 seconds after being swapped.

(Change) Hyper-Kinetic Cannon(Name suggestion by ApocaIypse Meow)- Cost: 100 Mana; Range: 650/800/950; Cooldown: 20/18/16 (not reducible by CDR) Active: If Urgot is in Cannon Form, he gains the ability to teleport to a target area. Upon landing in target area, Urgot fears in a 250 range around him. Targets who are feared by this ability cannot be feared more than once by it in the same minute. Reasoning: Tbh, I was having trouble tinkering with an idea for an ult, so I thought making something pretty simple would be nice. Basically, this allows Urgot to be some utility for his team while also having the ability to reposition if he messes up. Not making it reducible by CDR makes it unable to be abused.

I think the range on his q should scale as you put points into it, cause having 800 auto range with no drawbacks level 1 is kinda ridiculous.

This is really well done. It's a pretty cool concept and I wouldn't complain if this was his kit haha, as much as Urgot disgusts me xD

His W's passive could be called "Capacity for Terror", as an homage to the original skill.
