I mean they basically made it so he has to build every fucking stat in the game to be viable but what should I be building?
I play him every once in a while and try different things but it's what's the best build for him?

turtlecoon1 votesHe isn't. You don't play Skarner nowadays. He isn't good. There is not a single player in NA, EUW, or KR solo queue making Skarner work in master/challenger ELO at the moment. Very telling.
