Any tips to getting approved for the PBE?

I am by no means an innocent player, and I still find myself making sillies in chat when I'm angry over a meaningless thing, however I think I have improved, and every time a new champion comes around or a change to my favorite items/champions comes out, I regret not having it. I applied a few months ago so I feel like there isn't a chance, and there is no way to reapply it seems.

Any tips to getting the OK to go on the PBE?

You just have to apply and wait. Riot won't just add you in right away.
