Need tips againest an Annie
So I am facing TONS AND TONS of annie's since shes the strongest mid laner right now.I am having trouble facing her, I need tips aginest her.Thanks everyone!!!!!

aside from her being a pretty weak midlaner right now, just stay out of her range with all the super long ranged midlaners.
if she ever kills you with flash ignite full combo, you can simply not give a fuck about those things as she just invested EVERYTHING in one kill which is nothing. if she does that 2 times, it means she has her flash up only by about 15 minutes or so for the third time, which means she cannot use it in any dragonfight or earlier teamfight. and she now has like 700 gold more than you, which isnt even a medium t1 item.
good against annie is: kog maw, ziggs, AZIR, probably xerath, etc etc. all this stuff.
Try to dodge her stun, or pick a counter. Build MR, get an assassin to 0-100 her. Just care of tibbers and you should be decent.
My experience is that its all about counter trading in this matchup. If you try to avoid her harass and let her walk on you it never works out. But her damages and hp aren't anything special, and theres nothing scary about a stun that has nothing else following it. You just need to be sure you hit Annie back.
Post 6, things can become very matchup dependent. But nothing likes eating her ult combo.
Basically just poke her down Pre-6. She won't have the burst to totally one-shot you. If you don't have any one that you can poke her down safely or aren't confident with that champ yet, take cleanse so you can get out of her stun and out of range of her W. Annie will (or should) eventually get Distortion enchant making her Flash come off CD sooner so keep an eye on that.
A little MR after shutting her down a bit and she won't be much of a problem.

General tips:
Click on her to watch her buffs. There's also a visual if her stun is up.
Try to out-range her if possible. If you're using a close range champion with less reliable cc, I suggest building bruiser as opposed to glass cannon to mitigate her burst. If she falls behind and you continue to scale, you can always sell your defense for more damage if need be.
If she flashes to stun you and kill you, do not despair! Her flash is down, which means your jungler can (and should, come on it's mid lane) gank much easier. If she panic-stuns the jungler, go all-in on her loli ass.
Specific counter tips:

if she flashes and you got good ping and reflexes, hit this immediately. Now that's an outplay!

Runes:
Marks: whatever offensive runes you usually run. Penetration is usually it
Seals: If you're AP, go scaling HP (they even out at level 6, when Annie has the most kill pressure, so flat HP just isn't as worth it since she's short-ranged otherwise). If you're AD like Zed... hey, doesn't mean you need armor seals. But it does help against ranged autos, but so does hp... your choice, but I recommend the HP
Glyphs: Magic Resist, scaling or flat. If you're confident and have a champion with better range, you can take scaling. If you have moderate range, or a champion generally weak to Annie pre-6, I suggest flat MR and buy some more later (Athenes Grail or QSS, your pick!).
Quints: probably offensive, unless you're taking a bruiser midlane. Then go HP or MR.
wave clear, range, hp. flash ult is only thing u need to worry about which I normally have enough hp and range to survive her combo. its the jugnler ganks that gets me. sometime vision doesn't buy me enough time.
She isnt the strongest mid laner, stay away from her when she has stun, get mr, Play Xerath,syndra,ziggs,kassadin against her.
