What is this new teleport/smite strat?

It's for tanky tops so they can get a camp at level one and be level two in lane. It also allows them to buy cinder hulk which gives a 25% increase in health and a sunfire to minions. Also casters, like ezeral, will run smite so they can secure their blue and get the new ap item which has an aoe auto attack passive to get more damage off.

Well some of the jungle items are amazingly good, combined with the extra gold you get in lane + the utility of extra smite on the team is sweet. Most people get the red smite to make 1v1`s better. Devourer and Runeglaive are really amazing (Devourer you have to poach a bit of your junglers farm) and make you get your power spike a bit early because the jungle items are fairly cheap.

You start on whatever side your jungled is on. If he is at blue you take wolves, if he is at golems you take chickens. A jungled usually, should at least, finish gromp or golems, do his buff and then head straight to his other main buff leaving a camp to be freely taken.
