Are you Lagging?
If so, then do not complain in all-chat that you are lagging. What that does is give incentive for the enemy Jungler to camp your lane, and it demoralizes your teammates slightly because they now know you will not play optimally.

can I tell my teammates that I'm lagging so they don't die trying to defend me/follow me up when I'm obviously lagged out?
protip #2 are you getting camped? If so, then do not complain in all-chat that you are getting camped. What that does is give incentive for the enemy jungler to establish a camper's skii lodge by your lane...
i lag all the time and people dont believe me i dont complain in all chat i just msg my friend
i dont say it in all chat but i do say it in team chat. just so my team is aware that im not around in a team fight for the sake of feeding or giving them and easy penta that i didnt see coming.
