TIP: Don't pick Nasus until his bugs are fixed
His q animation is incredibly bugged and it takes 3 seconds (occasionally) for it to register, leaving you walking around like an idiot while your opponent takes free shots at you.

It's a nerf because riot realized that infinite stacking damage burst on a hyper tank isn't actually healthy for the game.
