I'm not sure if this would help too much with Twitch, but a trick I found is that if you stand in the left side of the brush by Krugs (right if playing red side), you can actually get the camp to the point where you can aggro only one of the Krugs and not the other.
It's similar to the trick you used with the Raptors, but you literally just take the damage from the big Krug, and not the little one. I'm not sure how this would work with Twitch, but it's a fantastic trick to use for less mechanical players that need to clear the jungle the first time without a leash.
