So i've came up with this build which i find okay: 
It makes for good bait, a lot of people seem to think kayle is an easy target only to find out i'm not squishy.
It's more a utility build runan's and black cleaver designed to assist team mates by shredding through armor. passive phage helps with chasing and the cdr keeps my spells up.
Why would you build hybrid on Kayle? All of her abilities scale with AP. Only her Q has any AD scaling. Straight AP is the best way to go if you want to carry with her.
A hybrid build on Kayle would have to include some kind of sustain (spell vamp or, by preference, lifesteal). If you were full AP, healing yourself with W would be easy. Since it's not the case, you need to sustain your life some way. I'm thinking by preference or .
As for the other items, Kayle scales extremely well with attack speed. You can literally just get that. (The first commenter 6R3Y knows this according to his items listed). You could take anything from bellow:

because she scales off of attack speed and scales off of ad. so figured it isn't that bad. especially if you can lifesteal with all your attackspeed on multiple targets.

so ya getting ad on kayle is worth while
hybrid doesnt work on kayle. she absolutly need the ap to heal.
good build is rabaddon, nashor, berserker boot, runaan, zonya, archangel.
