What to do versus a Kalista/Blitz lane

I play team builder, so I generally go in blind, but I can still try and figure out what to do in general.

So, my complaint is the synergy these two have at 6 (or any tank + Kal), but I have a hard time laning against these two when they are together. Seperate, no problem.

So, what is the goal for laning against this match up. Is it to poke to all hell, or play it safe, set it up so my ADC can farm and disengage as needed? A pull from Blitz feels like it ends up destroying me far more (probably due to Kals %HP damage), and every time I get a good Blitz in the pair he is just outside of poke range which will put me in danger.

So, and I'm sorry if this sounds like whining, how do you deal with this lane? I'll take personal experiences or hard facts at this point because I'm, personally, lost.

You should try playing champs like alistar? Alistar is super tanky, and once you get your thornmail, it should be easy lane.

You can also play champs like sivir? She has a spell sheild and is quit mobile.

freeze lane poke a lot and be mindful of your positioning.

I cant see them being a strong team comp, relatively weak imo. both can get zoned out pretty hard.

Leona + Quinn lane, Janna + Draven Lane, Morgana, Soraka and Nami. Blitz isnt a threat with someone like Leona on your team, Janna's Disengage or a free initiate for Janna to allow her adc a setup upon kalista, who can be halted with Janna's Q and R or made easier to catch with Janna's W, Soraka can silence who ever is closer, Morgana can snare Kalista and Use black shield to stop blitz's e and Probably Kalista's Ult, Nami has a stun, massive slow and a heal, Plus her passive will speed up whoever her spells touch. Start her heal on yourself then q then try and e yourself. If you've done enoguh damage and your jungler is present you should ult into your enemy and then heal whichever of your teammates is closest to give them the speed boost. Or just pray for lategame :D
