Time to Change Annie

In light of recent Veigar changes, Annie needs to be changed as well.

Why? Well, Veigars instant stun (on a thin ring) allows for no counter play on a champion that can burst you down if he lands the stun and is ahead.

Annie on the other hand has an instant stun in an AoE that summons a Tibbers, a fire bear that can tank turrets, while the follow up is also the rest of her spells bursting you down. This game play is almost exactly like Veigar... Except he kinda needs to aim (unless you play him so often you can line up the edge of the circle from practice) and it leaves a fence that can stun other people, but Annie now has a giant bear and most likely charges to her next stun (which can either be a short range AoE in a cone or a point and click stun).

They are virtually the same champion in how they interact with champions. Stun -> Burst -> Target dead? GREAT! Not dead? Potentially screwed. The counterplay to both of them is literally don't go near them so you don't get stunned.

So please, Riot, change Annie. Change her passive, add the stun to Tibbers (since that's how it's used a lot anyways) then add a delay to Tibbers being summoned. It's only fair, how else are champions supposed to play against Annie?

Aside from how they've been playing against her since the dawn of the game (much like Veigar), by trying to bait the stun, gang up on her and destroy her, or taking advantage of the fact that she is immobile, by jumping her when he stun is down to destroy her. Please, give champions like LeeSin Zed a chance to actually kill her.

This is not an Annie, Lee Sin, or Zed QQ thread, this is me being salty with the Veigar changes.

It's short range, and really easy to tell when she is able to stun or about to be able to stun. If you click her it shows how many stacks she has of her passive... at 3 all she will need to do is hit E then use her stun at 4 it has a visual effect that shows that she can stun.

Veigar has no way at all for someone to know when he can or can't stun or even if he will.

Also veigar holding on to his stun doesn't prohibit him from using his abilities to farm with out losing his stun.

biggest difference between veigar and annie: veigar can stun at 1025 range, and whenever he feels like it for annie to do that, it requires flash and her ult

several ways to beat annie one of the best is to force her to blow stun in a suboptimal situation. If you're going to be in flash ult range, don't group up all the squishies in one place. like have two tanky guys jump in with the ranged dudes backing them up and spread out a bit. so she can either stun one person or stun two tanky dudes. easy win. and you only even have to be spread out until she blows her stun

annie has short range apparently, hence people say its her counter play, still find her annoying as shit to deal with.

Annie is surely a champion they'd like to fix up. Hard to fix her without breaking her, though.

I trashed last Annie I played aganist. I mean, like 0/7 with 60 CS at 20 minutes.

Then she bought item 3258 and manhandled us, getting like 12 kills in a row.

Fuck "low range" everybody's bragging about, when 0 counterplay AoE stun that takes half of your team's HP is a thing.

i agree, tibber need a delay, and leblanc Q should be a skillshoot too. vladimir Q need to be reworked to be a skill shoot too, and riot should nerf adc, why aa not a skill shoot too ? its pretty dumb, that it 100% hit.... it would balance the adc.

same for sona heal it should be a skillshoot, riot is pretty dumb if they dont make sona heal a skillshoot
