PSA: You shouldn't be going into Ranked after a champion release

You should be in normals practicing around how to play as/with that champion. If you decide to play ranked, even if you aren't playing the new champion, you are putting yourself at a disadvantage because you won't know how to appropriately play with them or against them.

Everyone shouldn't be playing ranked right now, and the queue should be disabled for a week or two so everyone can get a handle on what a new champion does, how it plays, and if there are any unique build paths or tricks you need to watch out for.

You shouldnt be going into ranked at all until champ picks dont dicide 80%+ of the game anymore lol. But if anything, Kindred should be disabled, not ranked in general.

i agree comPleTley so many nob in rank play kinDRED omg only play kindred if u r true kindred PRO like me i have main him since he was release so it ok for me to play kindred but noob kindred who only play him for 12 hour should not pick

Eh players are going to suck and feed whether they are playing a new champion or not. Its solo Q, anything and EVERYTHING happends.

it only takes like ten minutes at most to learn a champ at a level of understanding. I hopped into a cusomg bot game with her just to do the first clear and do a couple ganks. After that its just like "imagine what a jungle adc does late game" heads up, its the same as an adc.

Why not? Where else are they going to get practice on a champion in a competitive environment at their skill level? Normals where they don't play their main role and off meta champions and so have a wildly different MMR which distorts their evaluation of the strength and weakness of that champion?

Did you really just say that we should disable an entire queue just for 1 champion

Only an issue in Low Silver and Bronze. Everywhere else they pick up on new champions fairly quickly.

Just played against a sated Kindred, her early game is pretty bad and she is super squishy, I think her ultimate is pretty good but I don't think she is OP at all

I just played a ranked (everyone was plat) where kindred was neither banned nor picked

in fact noone on my team even mentioned kindred, it was nice

btw we won :)
