On Tilt? I have some advice for you.

We've all been there. Be it from a losing streak or from toxic players, we've all been on tilt at one point. It sucks right? Honestly, I used to deal with tilt by just slowly scrolling through the store and thinking about my meaningless existence on this earth, but that doesn't help! Here are some easy ways to balance that emotional see-saw of yours!

Play with some friends! This is my go-to way to untilt myself. All you do is invite some friends into a queue, call on a groupchat, and have fun! Preferably, you'd want to go into Normals. Ranked just gets very stressful at times.

Don't have friends you can joke around with? Don't fear! There are other ways.

Play an ARAM match! This isn't the most reliable way to untilt since, you know, its all random. BUT, it could still be fun either way. The randomness can be just what you need to get happy!

Don't feel like ARAM? Well, there is ONE last thing you can do.

Put down the game for a bit Sometimes, you get so tilt, that you just want to curl up into a ball and die. If you get to that point, don't play more games you masochistic bastard! Playing more League can only make it worse! Just put down the game and go do something relaxing! Take a nap! Watch some TV! Play that old Pokeman game you have! Anything BUT play more League! This is the only surefire way you can untilt.

I'm sure that there MILLIONS of other ways to untilt, but these are the ones that work for me. Post some more methods below! I would love to see what other people do.
