Should I bother going back to my Old School Kennen Top Build?

I used to start Doran's Blade x2 and Bilgewater Cutlass. Then I would go Gunblade, Rylai's, Liandry's, Zhonya's, Abyssal.

I'm talking like Season 2-Early Season 3 here.
