Alright, I recently began playing on a ranked 5s team called TruePlasticV. Anyways, I play ADC for them, and they decided that I should be their shotcaller. Now, after a couple of games with them, they consider ME their weak link because of a few shotcalling errors. Any tips on how to become a better shotcaller?

Maybe you need to take a step back and think WHY your shots were bad, and how you can improve them. Try to take a few seconds to think about shots that you call before calling them, and maybe step down from shot calling a while. You can then look at and evaluate the teammate's shot calling to improve your own.
