Need a good adc

Jinx beast overall kit but immobile Vayne she is so strong once she gets a few items or is ahead but her laning phase is really bad although she has a cheaper power spike that the IE rush that every other adc does so once u get ur bork the enemy adc most likely hasnt finished their IE so u can all in them

Ashe is 450 IP, and incredibly competent. Turn on Q, and you win any trade. W is excellent poke. E is slightly harder to use but gives tremendous benefits through remote vision, and R lets you get a pick if you're any competent at aiming.

Pros:

• Cheap
• R is versatile and powerful
• Perma-slow on AA and W makes Ashe's all-in competent as "immobile" enemies have difficulty getting away
• Passive simplifies your itemisation quite a bit

Cons:

• No escape abilities or gap close abilities
• Crits don't hit as hard as other people's crits early
• E is tricky to use right and doesn't always translate to a benefit for the team
• You feel like a 450 IP nub every time you play her
