item 3153 item 3124 item 3146 item 3158 item 3025 or item 3078 and item 3151 or any defensive item you need.

You will die a few times early. But late game no one know where you are. You clear a wave. Disappear. Enemy assumes your gone. They leave. Continue pushing. Backdoors are sooooooo easy.

or you could do all this except jungling, just back door when laning phase ends....

Eve top is viable, but that build is way too squishy for her. I normally build her semi-tank with some AP or some AD. Those first few kills you give for being so squishy will really hurt you the higher up you go in Elo - high gold/plat/diamond can capitalize on the 1-2 kills you give them.

You should be getting a frozen heart if your enemy is AD and visage if AP.

I like to take CDR runes/masteries and build 30% from items so I can get merc treads or mob boots and still have max CDR - Eve is definitely a champ that hugely benefits from 40% cdr, because of how reliant she is on ult to do anything.

Replace Bork with FF or elder lizard and you can pretty much do the same thing. It can work though, granted you need to survive well enough that your lane doesn't get fed and push to your inhib in under twenty minutes.

The problem with eve top lane (as opposed to jungling or as a mid laner circa s2) is that you would be too far from the rest of the action to make use of the primary advantage she offers which is the strategic advantage she offers through her invisibility and the income advantage that comes along with it by forcing opposing teams to prioritize the purchasing of pink wards in excess of the amount they typically spend. To move eve to top lane and sacrifice these inherent advantages makes very little sense when there are several other top lane choices that could fit the split push niche op describes equally well or better without being as limited as eve within that specific niche.

In essence, it's pointless to put eve anywhere other than a position in which she can free roam in the late lane phase and early mid game when she acquires her greatest power spike potential. Combine this with the fact that eve is not a hard scaler and sees her power level drop after 30 minutes significantly and add to it that her team fight potential is less than ideal for a solo lane champ and you arrive at the conclusion that eve is clearly a champion unsuited for the top lane role.

Not to say one cannot play her there...

Just that's it's not an ideal scenario and to do so you sacrifice too much of your teams potential to utilize her strengths to win games while simultaneously weaken your teams overall abilities in a strategic and tactical sense in all phases of the game.

You can disagree all you want with her "falling off late game"... But it won't make it true. Her scaling is simply not good, and the build you describe is only gonna make you so squishy you die to any hard cc in less than 2 seconds. Eve can't be played that way effectively.

Secondly who the heck is dumb enough to chase an eve taking constant pain spikes to the face if that have no hard cc or burst potential, and even then...

Thirdly, even after jax nerfs there is no chance a full build eve can out duel a full build jax...

Just pointing out things that should be obvious op. Should. Be.
