How to deal with Homeguard + TP Hecarim?

It's not OP by any means, but I see so many people complain about it. Logically, wouldn't a heavy disengage comp work well against him? I mean, a single spell rotation (including ult) from Braum can disrupt a Hecarim ultimate, greatly lower the movement speed he relies on to deal damage, and then stun him up after he's used all of his mobility. And that's just 1 person. I can think of many other champions that would be effective: Rumble, Lee, Nunu, Liss. THe list goes on.
