On the enemy team and your team.

If it's my team, I lighten the mood. I'll usually remind everyone that when stuff isn't going their way think happy thoughts. Think of tits. Usually works on at least 2 people on my team. Then I usually get my head into the game and call out objectives we could take and occasionally I assign a specific teammate a certain task. It also helps to give out reminders "dragon back up in 1:10."

If it's my team harassing me I may say "Lets focus on winning the game. Then you can insult me as much as you like in the end game lobby." Otherwise I usually ignore the player/players who are doing the harassing.

If it's the enemy team I usually act like a smart ass. Like this one game I had an enemy Thresh support calling me out in all chat saying "Why is this Nami going all hard dick in this game" so my response was "How do you know I even have a hard dick? Did you get a good look at it?" This usually puts my team into a good mood and pisses off the other player on the other team.

If they're ragging on me in particular from the other team I remind myself of the big picture of winning the game and ask for help from my teammates and call out objectives priorities.

Avoid sarcasm, try to make a joke. I'm often a rage because I have anger control issues. Best to avoid feeding negativity with negativity, that will just make things worse.

I pretend I don't care, and say things like," Chill." But I also make it into a joke, which usually doesn't work, but oh well, you know? Wait it out, and don't take it to heart, because we all know it is not cool to put people down.
