How can I get my ADC to farm as Support?

Really though. I can't make any of my ADC's farm correctly. I get relic shield, and I'm about 33% of my ADC's CS, and they have about 120 at 30 minutes.

That's sad... i usually have 220 at 30 minutes as Lucian, 260 as Ashe. Really all you can do is duo que with someone you know is good. You can't make ANYONE play better, but stay positive and try to encourage them man. I'm a mid main and TF and Azir i can hit 300 cs by 30 minutes if i DO NOT ROAM. that's very rare and i stay at about 120 at 30 minuts, but i am the mid laner who likes to play like a jungler.

There really isn't anything that you can do to make your ADC farm, other than keep wards up and call out warnings if the enemy team moves down to pressure/kill them out of the farm lane. It's your job to improve on the advantages that your team has and if you need to start following your top laner or your mid laner to ensure that you win, that's where you have to roam. Keep up your vision, stay focused on the mini-map, and smart ping out lanes that need to have a couple waves pushed. Ultimately, it's up to the ADC to see the extra farm they can get instead of muddling around the mid lane at 20 minutes.

Well obviously the answer is to farm for them. Take all the CS for yourself, build ADC and #rek face.

Honestly though, you're not the one at their mouse and keyboard. A lot of being a support depends on what type you play. Sustain/caster supports like Soraka or Janna focus on distracting the enemy with long-range spells and keeping both themselves and their partner alive.

Tank supports often focus on careful positioning and playmaking, and usually require some good coordination to get ahead, but have great natural synergy and can always do their job no matter their gold.

I don't know what to say if you play Annie or any other "support" type, but I'm guessing they tend to be more independent from their partner and more focused on killing.

Finally, as long as your lane partner is acting like a decent human being, act like one in kind. A positive attitude and a mind for teamwork is what wins games, especially as a bottom laner. Don't criticize them if they make a mistake (at least not destructively, I say be careful) and congratulate them for their accomplishments. Also, make sure to use pings, but no more than twice in a row, it's poor sport otherwise.
