Depends on the enemy comp, if they are light on lock down you can probably carry the fights.
Hope they don't have any hard CC or knockups/bumps and then win the game. If they do have it.... welp. GG lol
Single down an enemy or single out a duo with 3v2 and kill them.
You're gonna need to start pulling the gold balance in your favor.
Ward ward ward. Nothing helps you assert an advantage more than vision and nothing helps you make the comeback picks more than vision. I can't tell you how many games I have been that have been turned around by a single ward. Buy a sightstone if you have too. Hell when i'm losing hard playing assassins who tend to stay shutdown after they lose lane I will sometimes just buy 
and play like i'm a support, doing my best to help my team perform until I get caught up. Hell it worked a few games ago where I was playing
and got completely trashed on by a Gold 3 Riven mid. After I finished my shiv I knew there was no way I was going to stand against Riven anymore, so I bought 
and just did my best to roam around and ward the jungle and sweep enemy wards, I ended that game 5/12 and got carried to victory but hey I did my best to help the team.
