It's being controlled by the UI Size rather than the Chat Size.

No idea how it got introduced but its annoying.

My client keeps on crashing over and over and I've been getting banned all day. Can never connect to pvp server so I was just messing around on bots even before this. It's infuriating. First time this has ever happened to me.
