No, it's obvious when it's a troll. You'll know when you see it.

Honestly, I spent my last normal game doing just that... Nom'ing a minion my ADC was going to last hit, nom'ing him when he was about to last hit, going HAM for no reason, just straight up trolling the entire game.

Why? Because I told him and the other 2 people we queue'd with that I was going to do it, and they were fine with it because it was the last game of the night before bed and they were planning on just messing around anyway.

Remember kids, don't nom without consent, unless you have consent to nom without consent.

This has been a PSA from FIAT (Fysh In A Tux, so there's no confusion with the car company... >.> )

If someone's intention is to troll and be toxic, it's not going to be fun no matter how they go about doing it. Removing and interesting and fun gameplay mechanic in order to get rid of one of the limitless methods that people use to troll seems overall to be a win for the trolls.

I just played as Warwick in the jungle. My total kills for the entire game was only 3. THREE!!!

Why? The Tahm on my team continuously and intentionally would follow and wait for me to get potential kills down to 10%, then swallow me and throw me away from the enemy, allowing them to escape. He did the same in team fights to our ADC.

I reported for assisting enemy team.

New champions always gets trolls. After a while they just fade away and never to be spoken about ever again. Remember Bard first appearance? Boy, talk about misplaced ult and ruining everyone's day. Now, you barely see him in pub games. Sure, people are still bad with him but they're no longer trolls. Just people trying to learn the champion

1.) With a skilled team who is on Team Speak, this won't be a problem.

2.) However in Regular games with champions like Bard and TahmKench it creates major ways to intentionally grief your own team mates take for example during group fights to intentionally give the enemy team an advantage, you just eat your ADC right when your team goes into the fight so everyone dies.

The problem is unskilled players who do this type of stuff, and griefers who do it intentionally, its bad enough that a lot of times I am doing well 1v1, then a jungler who doesn't say anything runs in lane and throws off the lane getting enemy team ahead very annoying that itself leads to other players starting arguments and toxicity usually when the game starts going bad right there, but having champions like this makes it even worse.

I totally agree with you sir. his W should be banned on teammates or at least give us the choice to be devoured like his Ult.

Anivia wall can be used against teammates, bard magical journey has such a bullshit hit-box that teammates can walk into it without even trying to, but it doesn't make either of these encouragement of toxic behavior. You may be mistaking originality and diversity of champions with Riot trying to destroy your game experience...

Keep in mind that trolling can happen just fine without mechanics like this. It's the player that ruins a game, not the champion they pick.

As much Troll potential that these champions have, Riot inevitably decided to stop letting the potential of Trolling, being a limiting factor in champion design. Inevitably, champions that interact with Allies in such a matter are high skilled mechanics. (for both the champion and their allies.) And this makes it difficult to discern a troll from a noob with just player stats.

If you run into a troll. Just Report them. And if they continue to troll and get reported, they will eventually see judgement. But trolls are not unique to these champions, and should not assume that riot does not deal with trolls just because of a particular champions kit.
