Theorycrafting: Zhonya's on Nocturne

Yes, this seems troll-ish. Nocturne does not build primarily AP, BUT his E, Unspeakable Horror, has a 100% AP scaling. Zhyona's Hourglass gives 120 AP, and 50 Armor. The 50 Armor definitely benefits Nocturne, though the 120 AP only applies on the E, but what makes this item interesting on Nocturne is the Active. Nocturne naturally dives into the enemy team, trying to assassinate the enemy Carry. After his signature "DARKNESSS" ends, he's in the middle of the enemy team, but what can be more demoralizing for the enemy team to have their carry dead, ready to kill the Nocturne, only to see him in stasis?
