might try it in twisted tree line with the new more budget oriented ludens.
BUILD GOES LIKE: 
with either all cdr per lvl glyphs or some. and 1 or 2 cdr quints i also tried nashor with zhonia both are good. i thnk luden wits end is more powerful tho mov speed synergizes well with attack speed. max mr port of masteries.
May I suggest 
treads as a possible choice?
Tenacity is important if you aren't going full tank D:
thing is you need the armor all you have is randuins for armor. and i like some hp per lvl seals too. is the 10% from tank mastery not enough? i guess you could go mercs and the new ohmwrecker. with a bit more mr glyphs that way you have some cdr and even more catch potential with the extra mov speed
i tried a bot game and started like this:
you geta bit less gold from camps but you clear faster too.
if you start with mercs also you'll have a lot of mr early game and little armor. unless you delay your wits end and go mercs instead.
I guess this could works just as well:
no spirit visage though :(
it would work better as top lane if you don't go sunfire

Jungle. Shen.
First off, this isn't season 2 anymore, so shen shouldn't even be on the roster. Second, why move him into the jungle where clear times matter? Third- "Hold on guys, I'll gank with my ult in 2 minutes". Fourth, you don't have the tankyness to do it because that requires money.
In season 5, the jungle has anti-money.
