Azir runes question
If azir is such a late game champion why does everyone run flat runes on him? Why not go all scaling since hes all about late game

Generally I (and others, I would assume) use runes to help with the weak spots of a champion. From my experience and with my runes, I don't think Azir is necessarily weak early game, but without the extra AP, it would definitely be a lot less bearable.
His early game isn't very strong so it's more useful to run flat runes to help combat his early weaknesses. I personally like to run scaling cdr on him, but otherwise flat runes are the safe route to go.
