But team doesn't want to push and take objectives? Every game I'm coming from toplane with 5-1 score, but team totally ignoring my calls, mobody pushing while enemy carries are dead, or jungler is taking buff while enemies take drake. I know boosters and smurfs have insane winrates on toplane, but how do they do that? What is the trick? How they make slow and dumb team follow them?
Your team will group, you just look like you don't know what you're doing - even if you're score IS 5-0. You need to be assertive, yet kind. Respectful, yet demanding. Leading your team is the first step.
If your roles aren't doing the basic jobs as such expected of low elo, you need to step up and fill in those roles FROM top lane. If your mid laner refuses to roam, make plays with TP, if your jungler refuses to help dragon, use your 5-1 score to pick up kills and scare them off. It's a 4v4, since their top laner is useless.
That's the hard part. From the looks of it, you know what to do but your team is holding you back...at this point, it is hard to win matches like that when they play Team Deathmatch. You gotta constantly ping those noobs and tell them every step they have to do. You get drag, back the flying fk out of there and dipset. You fight that, then there is the chance of a comeback for enemy team. If u have Teleport, try to snowball other lanes. If u r a champion that's made for D GATES!! (Split pushing and taking towers), go ahead and tp in when your team needs you. Gotta refrain from small mistakes as well. Get lots of wards. There is no way to mesmerise your team to your commands, there might be times where they just overextend even after you have pinged them that enemy midlaner is coming or enemy toplaner is coming or they are gonna get ganked. Small things tho. Besides that, you just gotta make yourself heard and take the steering wheel.
Insane score is definetly not 5-1 its good but not insane, you still died. my take.
Personally when I end with an insane score I do a /dance.
J/K. The best way to get your team to follow you when you've won top lane is to go tank for them, regardless of where they want to be. They want to grab buffs, grab buffs, the enemies at dragon? Grab the buff and go wipe them after they get out of dragon pit. So you lost the dragon? Who cares, your team feels safer with the buff and with you tanking everything now and you just aced their team as they came out the pit.
Tops that fail when ahead tend to do so because they don't want to play their role. You're their tank. You soak dmg and peel for the rest of your team. If you're not the tank, you still want to be with the team and still make them feel more confident when around you. The goal is to make them NOT want to leave your side because they're doing so well with you around. Get it? Got it? Good.
You could play a carry top laner 
and never leave top lane until you get the inhib.
