Is it possible to use attack move to attack ONLY Champions?
I'm new to shutter step/kiting,I try to practice it,but whenever i do,i always hit minions instead of 
. I also cannot use it on things like mr krabs,any way to change these?

There's a button you can hold to only target players instead of minions, but you have to actually click on the champion. Can't remember what it's called, just look in the command list. But for me stutter-stepping has always been a-move/right click slightly behind/a-move, so it doesn't help me at all.
If something like your talking about was implemented, it would make kiting wayyyy too easy for people who aren't that good.
if you hold down the tilde button, right next to 1 on the keyboard, that is the button for targeting champions only.
