[How to] turn off the mouse scrolling

First let's get straight to the point.

In C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config\game.cfg Edit : MapScrollSpeed=-0.1660

We have to do this because even when the setting is at zero in the menu, the screen still scroll by a large bit.

I now fully enjoy the new semi-locked camera option. I can look far away from me, with a camera still following my character and I dont screw my view every time i try to move on the border of the screen. I never used that border scroll anyway in any game I know of, so it was much more confusing then helping. I use my middle mouse button (on close range) or directly click on the map instead (on long range).
