Soraka summoner 11 summoner 13 item 3724 item 1029* item 3083 item 3117item 3027 Flat HP5, armor, mr runes

With the new changes to runeglaive sorakambulance will make a comeback. She went from underpar to viable if not a bit strong.

Since part of her kit are heals and silence, the runeglaive changes gave her a substantial AP scaling dmg buff. She now clear the camps a tad faster which mean she can now just barely make it into the fight at the last minute and save the day for her teamates.

Her ganks might seem laughtable at first, but no amount of ward can stop her from just walking in and refreshing the hp and mana bar of everyone in lane. Don't underestimate the impact of that.

Start on bot side (even if red) to get as much leash as you can, clear the 2 small ranged monster first away from the AA of the buff and back for the trailblazer as soon as you end the 3rd camp. The remaining is up to you.

*I added armor there. No matter which, it scale with you flat hp5 and machete passive nicely VERY nicely.

Hi!

I'm really loving what Runeglaive has opened up, and I'm glad a new type of jungler is entering the game after so long.

I have a few questions though. Why is it you're building health on Soraka? As far as I've been told this is very inefficient, and building mostly AP would seem to make both her and Runeglaive more powerful. That's my thoughts at least. Also, why is it you start with Krugs (the two monsters at the top/bottom of the map) instead of Blue Buff? Is it because they don't expect the banana?

Finally, I made a similar guide on how to jungle with Bard and take advantage of his roaming ability, infinite scaling and high sustain. Mind checking it out? If so, thank you, and I hope that this becomes noticed by more people.

The item 3083 gives soraka 3% max hp regen*. That's 1 sustainable heal every 15 seconds. You can do the math if you want, but it's better then anything else you could come up with since they nerfed her base HP5. Even after accounting for the extra cost of the heals, it still much more heals then before. (50% on buy and 75% more heals at level 18).

The only little trick with buying a warmog on Soraka is that you need a base AP (here item 3726 ) before you start to build the health. Otherwise the heals cost during that phase become an hindrance. I think that's why so few people manage to get it at the right moment. You need at least 40 AP before you build the warmog, but not a full 120 AP item because then you'd be too fragile for too long and you'd miss the power spike point where the warmog worth a ton of you max hp.

Once you have the warmog, building more health (here item 3027 ) doesnt matter since you regen 3% of it. The cost from the other sources (runes, starcall, potion) is compensated by the capacity to use the extra HP to cast an extra heals without affecting your survivability. This might not be clear, So i'll be more specific; When I build my ROA, I go from ~2000HP to ~2600HP. 2/3 of my HP regen come from the warmog and is not affected anymore by health, but the remaining 1/3 is reduced by roughly 20%. I lost a bit there BUT I can cast heals with that extra 600hp (about 2 extra cast) if i chose so. So the HP of the ROA, at the end, doesn't hurt my heal capacity as it would without the warmog. Hope it's clear lol.

Starting with Krugs or grump is pretty standard in S5. You get a level 2, a nice smite buff and your bot lane doesnt risk to lose a CS and start the laning phase with a major disadvantage as it was the case before. The leash on blue is pretty bad if they dont lose the CS.

*Edit : if instead you fall at 1% because you take damage, then you are more then happy to have that extra health so it is still good.
