Submit your hard counters that aren't native to a lane.

There are a lot of extremely effective counters that aren't listed in fansites as counters to particular champions because they aren't used in that lane. For example, Kalista can kite Tryndamere endlessly without being touched. She never turns her back to Trynd so she cannot even be slowed. Several other ranged champions (notably Ashe) can kite popular top laners and harass them all game. A good Annie doesn't really have a hard counter but a bruiser Zyra build with a bit of MR can completely deny her any kills while having high kill potential herself.

Post any of the less obvious or unlisted counters to champions that are effective but unkown.

Master Yi (jungle or otherwise) will crush Nasus in a duel later in the game, so Nasus can't splitpush to apply pressure. Considering Master Yi can easily run Smite + Teleport, it makes it pretty easy to handle him outside of teamfights (in which Nasus can be kited).

Lulu can make the lives of assassins (especially Akali) horrible.

Trundle, Kog'maw, and Malzahar are great for killing tanks.

I tried Warwick mid long time ago. I was against Katarina . Every time she used shunpo, I used my hungering strike. Every time she used her ult, I used my ult.

Pantheon very early mid. The damage is insane, but the damage falls off early mid game thankfully.

Fiora into teemo. Level two double q him and activate w then just walk away. Level three same as before but you kill him this time if you haven't already with the double dashes. At six he's a buffet, You eat him and snowball hard. It's not an off lane counter but it is something that you wouldn't think would work given his blind. I've yet to die to a teemo as fiora. My experience is in the bronze-gold range so it might not work at higher levels.

Malzahar into any top laner with the exception of chogath gangplank and tryndamere. cho just gets to big to deal with far to fast. Anivia into any top laner though renekton is a hard match up. It definitely works on darius. Garen into nidalee. This one might not make much sense and maybe it's just been luck but nid can't do anything against garen. Just sidestep her spears and you win the lane. She will try to kite you but you can keep her zoned waaaay back. Freeze the lane and she has no choice but to either fight you or be so underfed she can't do anything for the rest of the game.

This is just my personal experiences so they might not work for you. Maybe I'm just incredibly lucky.

Ashe against Katarina mid lane. This match up pissed me off so much because you can't really farm because if you do Ashe will just Q and chase you to tower and not to mention her first item (if she is smart) will be a Maw of Mortius which pretty much stops your combo/ult when she Ashe hits 30% hp so she can continue filling you up with icy arrows. FML
