From one main jungler to all you non junglers.

Don't lean on me.

I am on in the jungle for YOU. I am in the jungle for the team. My decisions are based on utilizing my minutes to the maximum POTENTIAL that is laid out before me. That is the key word. potential.

It seems that everybody thinks that any jungler can just walk out of the jungle at any given time, press a couple buttons, and voila kills happen. No. I have also learned in low elo there is absolutely no point in giving an ally a soft gank. Which is to go into lane poke some damage, burn their flash and keep your ally flash. When this is a sensible play to come and soft gank. This low elo is strictly BLARGH ENEMY RUN AT HIM THROW IT ALL NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

So back to managing my time. I cannot stop the clock from ticking. So minute by minute, there are 3 lanes that each of you EXPECT me to gank. To be able to do so I need to be sufficiantly powered. I cannot stop 3 lanes from farming cs. And no matter how I try, I cannot stop my allies from dying. And this is why my rank is a joke.

I have a 2 death top vs somebody who has %100 hp at all times, and a good escape. And even though I have the farm I should for my time and my level. My top does NOT take into consideration that I have my own champion and growth to manage. The key to clearing jungle efficiantly, is being able to complete jungle item. It cuts clear time and grants bonus gold for clear. This bonus gold compensates for time not gaining gold. The more times I gank and not get gains for it, is more a deficit I allow myself to fall behind solo lanes.

Too many times I have played a jungler that can get a couple early ganks out. But then with the natural evolution of game phases. There are times when you gotta just put your head down and clear camps. SO many junglers are better to farm hard early and come out mid game to tip the scales in the TEAMS favor. Not individual lanes favor. I have to assess where my time s best used, and I am doing so. I don't need some dying man's theorycraft of "oh I've died 3 times now, so you should be able to gank for me easy peasey now right?" NO! The more YOU fall behind, the more I fall behind in extension. If solo lanes cannot properly manage their 3 minute lane. 5 minute lane. 10 minute lane. 15 minute, 20 minute lane. Then you have enough of your own properties to learn before you bitch about me not being there for you.

Why is it that my 4 man team always expects me to be in their fight. When they are so far out and away from me ignoring my pings and being solo caught out and tricking into forced fights they lose? I have to witness 3-4 allies get picked off and an OBJ fall. While my team whines at me for not being there for tehm cuz I'm clearing a wave of camps. I say, F you to all laners. Have your own dam awareness. I told you I was going top lane. You see that I am 7 of our 10 kills on a team that is 10-15. And yet, as I go toward top to turn wave and setup to sneak into their backline. I watch 1 ally go back, and 3 extend way for out bot lane with no wards or tank. Get killed, then blame my lack of presence. No again!

You are responsible for your own lane. I am responsible for EVERYONES. You died. An enemy did not kill you. Enemies never kill you, not 1 time NEVER. You only died because you did not look ahead in time and assess the danger of your position and ask "can my team support my decision?". Do that, and you will have 4.0 KDA or higher in no time. Except for all those ally hyperfeed games.

This elo is killing me, and I don't know if jungler can do it. My role relies on having my allies be at least semi self sufficiant. have some general awareness. Show some sign of understanding they are but 1 on a 5 man effort. And it can't be done. I just see lanes that die. Die again. Fail to stay alive long enough so they can be helped because you guessed it, they are in fountain. Dead.

If you want your jungler to be in your lane. Make it worth their time. If you truly need me in your lane, set me up to come. cannot waste time on a failed gank on 1 lane, when I have to weigh that same potential gank against 2 other lanes, or spend time in my jng, or spend time in enemy jng, or spend time counter warding to clear 1 camp to spend my 500 gold then gank in 2 minutes stronger than I am now. Jungler has more factors to consider than any other roles because my role is the entire map. Don't tell me to just walk out of lane and help against an enemy you fed on your own.

At season 5 I expect my allies to know their matchup. You should know by load screen who you are fighting and if you will need ganks. If you and 1 other lane are those that "need early ganks" You better setup for a slow safe game because you cannot rely on presence.

Win your own lane. Or go practice normals. Level 30 is not enough game experience pre req to play ranked. I want to see at least 500 normals played. Then i will know you understand phase flow, and the map in its entirety.

I feel your pain. I've been there. And yes, they should be more responsible. but as sad as it is, as jungler, or support, YOU volunteered to clean up everyone else messes. YOU are responsible for making THEM succeed, as well as a great many other things.

Raging about it doesn't help.

Im sorry but talking about pressure and presence are exactly what this meta demands of junglers, many higher elo, in fact almost all higher elo junglers buy sightstones for their laners. Jungle should be thought of as basically a secondary support in this meta, unless youre playing something like yi, in which case if you cant carry as yi, then you deserve bronze anyway. Im not saying you havent had some bad luck, but im also saying its ridiculous to complain about teammates when youre in bronze.

I think the main problem at low elos is a lot of people are too self centered to realize that you have other things you need to do as a jungler besides camp their lane. Many low elos laners don't understand that every time a jungler comes to gank they are losing gold and experience unless the gank results in a kill.

It really gets absurd sometimes. I'll have 100% kill participation for my team and I get spam pinged because my bot lane loses a 2v2 even though I already gave the ADC 2 kills before the 10 minute mark. If you can't win your lane after I get you that far ahead then how is it my fault?

Or you've got the top laner who spam pings me when I'm ganking for bot lane or getting a buff cross map and expects me to walk all the way up to his lane to help him with a gank that's already in progress. I don't have TP, by the time I get there the fight will be long over. Maybe you should buy a ward or upgrade your trinket instead of relying on me to babysit your lane. Why would I waste all that time on a fight that will be over by the time I get there when I can help bot lane get a tower, secure a dragon or steal some camps in their jungle?

People expect the jungler to win their lane for them rather than relying on themselves.
