I've played at least +6k LOL matches over the years.

And throughout season changes I've realized a few things. There are always at least few champions that are stupid out of balance and win vs just about anything so long as they don't face a certain obstacle. Which is basically to say as a main top player you may be strong with kayle, yas, maybe a couple others. But you wanna know what you are picking into, and what your allies are going to do for you.

As a jungler with last pick you get to look at what the enemy has, what your team has and say "you know what, sej would be amazing in this!" Or "we have no early game presence.. so i'll xin or shaco jng and get out their early." You can pick according to team needs.

It's clear, especially in elo hell where you can never get a fair chance at any sort of solid win streaks. That teamwork.. is just a word. Some fantasy Idea that you may be blessed with for 1 game, but never for a second game in a row. Does not exist down here in any way shape or form. People get this idea that the match start's after load screen. That's BS. The game starts as soon as you hit accept. You accept that for the next hour you are focused and dedicated toward nothing else but getting that win. That's what ranked is right? lmfao!! maybe for serious players, but for serious players among a crowd of trolls and inexperienced players with 0 wins ) documented this is what allioes I get) Why bother? I have to go into every match knowing that if I don't give it %150, it's not enough. No ally will play a tank, no ally will contribute to map pings, no ally will ever buy a sightstone not ever not once. All the madness begins.. in load screen. Make sure your runes and masteries are properly selected. Make sure that you have a selection of runes for the potential champions you would play. If you are a support, find out what adc your ally wishes to play. As a support player it is YOUR JOB to have done the previous research or rely on gameplay experience to know which supports naturally work well with your ally in lane. And also one that you know you are strong enough to come out of lane and support with. What I'm saying is yes nunu support may be halfway decent for kog giving a light peel and a steroid. But out of lane with your ranged mid, are you really gonna lose focus on position risking yourself to use an ult to deal no dmg anyway? Would braum be a better pick? Let kog get his own speed, use the stun to deal high dmg when locked down? You may want to play malphite, but when you see enemy sona you know that leo would be an excellent dive when you hit 6. So you can suggest your adc to take an agro adc that can be strong in early game. luc, drav, grave, cait.

If you hate ez adc because he is a useless adc, tell your adc NOT to play ez because you cannot work with it.

If your top is first pick and you are within last and you know you have a safe pick, offer the trade my god. Do not let your solo lanes be counter picked.

League is a hell of alot more than a shiny clickfest. If you go in your matches expecting your teamates to act poorly, you will jump on them as soon as they make 1 mistake and allow yourself to make many more. You know this. You go into a match with a negative mindset, you will have a negative experience, and lose, you know this.. If you are forcing your team to get together and make solid picks. Make a mobility team, make a lockdown team, make a kite team. Work together from the start. They will be reminded of this after load screen as soon as you are calling other ppls mias. They will know in their head "yeah i shoulda called that mia.. I'll make sure I call the next one". Next thing you know, people are aware and responding to pings and you will get objs together. As you are meant to. I doubt in any way high elo players are individually more skilled than I am. Or many of you reading this. But they are organized. That's it.

Between myself and 10 of you people out there. We could open up a store, make a huge profit, become a chain, grow a brand and a logo. But we can't do it on our own. We would need to sit and talk about it. Have communication throughout. Have a game plan. Rely on our past experiences to move forward toward a common goal. That's all high elo is.. people that got together and make it happen together. low elo ranked is the opposite end of this spectrum for a reason. Nobody takes lobby seriously. STOP IT. You are a team as soon as you are put in the same lobby. Act like it. Cause if you don't and your enemy trio does. That is why you experience load screen losses. When you in lobby allow the enemy to have 2 counterpicks, and you don't organize to allow your main jng, to actually jng. Your main adc is playing mid because it's their second pick. No, F that. Your first pick is first because you are better at that than your second pick. Duh? I don't care if you got top 4 times in a row and you want to jungle. Your gonna play top.. don't like it? Go try aram or norms for a while. On my team I'm gonna expect you to want to win as much as I do.

Pick for your team, pick against enemy team. It's not easy.. but you've gotta do it. Enemy just picked kat as first pick. You know people don't play kat top. Assuming enemy just picked kat mid. you now have 5 opportunities to make picks to ensure that that 1 carry is made to be useless. Winning a 5 v 4, is alot easier than trying to fight a 5 v 5. This is war.. treat it like that. Band together IN LOBBY.
