Hello :) I am a Leona main and I hope I can help you with this.
I read that you only play squishy supports; that's fine. You can actually beat a Leona with a squishy like Sona, Soraka, Morgana and Janna. You just need to pick your perfect time to poke.
When you see her use her W (where she glows up) that's usually when they are about to E in - make sure you stay away from her until then. There is about a 8-11 second cool down till she can E again so use this time to poke her down. Leona cannot take constant poke in the laning phrase, she isn't tanky enough.
If a Leona takes ignite (which 8/10 times I do) you must be extremely careful cause the moment she gets her hand on a squishy support/ADC it's goodbye. Just watch how she plays and when she uses her abilities so you know when you can poke/go in.
As an ADC playing against a Leona, positioning is the most important thing. See her going in? Then move back. It's better to miss 1 or 2 CS than potientally die.
Also remember that her E will take her to the last person that it hits, so even if your support is in front of you she will go directly to you instead of the support. Be careful of this. It might be nice to take Cleanse as well if you know you will be facing a Leona as an ADC, but save it for her ult. sometimes Leonas will ult first and then W - E - Q.
I think that's all ... If you would like to learn more or maybe practice against a Leona you can add me in game. ^^ hope I helped.
