How I calm down from AFK/Rage Quitters/Leavers in game.
Apparently this method helped someone other than myself so i thought i'd share it.
Whenever I lose because of someone DC/RQ/AFK, I get really really really really upset. But I found that while reporting the person after game, I would write a full lengthy essay full of description and how that made me lose etc. After writing that, which takes up about 3-4 minutes. I would actually feel much better and would actually calm down from the rage.
